Joyce Honda - Service Center

Took over 3 hours for an oil change. Waited 30min in line just to drop off my car. When I picked it up I was over charged and informed they charged me for a tire rotation when I never requested one. They removed charge when I addressed it but it took 10 more minutes to confirm before removing. When I arrived at my destination I checked the tires and in fact they were never even rotated. To charge me for a rotation that was never completed is outrageous. More

I brought my car in for an oil change and inspection service. Ernest was great in having my car done in a timely manner noting that I had limited time to wait on my only day off. I had an emergency. My sun roof would not close and it was due to rain. It was after 4 in the afternoon. I immediately called Joyce Honda service. I was told to bring it right in and I did. Lloyd Wilson said it would have to stay overnight and arrange for shuttle. I did but with in 10 minutes Lloyd came in to the waiting room and said the problem was fixed and I could take it home. I appreciate Lloyd's extra effort in correcting the problem. The car is still under warranty so no charge. I am very pleased with Joyce Honda Service. More
