As a woman, I have never liked going in and having my car serviced. Somehow felt it was a man's world, I had no knowledge of the mechanics of a car, and was probably asking inane questions. No question is too silly and everything is explained (with good follow-up paperwork). And a bonus...you have women service people. Yes! I like the fact you have complete records on my car and can tell me what and when I need servicing. Thank you, Honda. I can't locate my paperwork for last visit but the gentleman who helped me was excellent. I don't think he is on the list of people in the service dept. More

I brought my car and due to the current health situation, I decided to sit outside. It was cold, but the sun was out. At least six employees came outside to check on me and to see if I was OK. One employee even brought me a blanket (I did not get her name; I think she had an office near the parts department). I always thought your Sales Department was exceptional, but your Service Department is also great. Their employees are concerned with not only servicing cars but also taking care of their customers. I had my airbags fixed in a recall job. I drove 3 hours away and my horn began beeping involuntarily. It happened about 10 times in a 10 minute period. I was parking overnight in a parking garage so I d away and my horn began beeping involuntarily. It happened about 10 times in a 10 minute period. I was parking overnight in a parking garage so I disconnected the battery. I tried pulling the horn fuse before I traveled back home but you cant shift out of park with this fuse pulled. I drove 3 hours home and the horn was fine. It is now weeks later and the horn is still fine. This was obviously related to the airbag work and I hope that things shifted into the proper position now. I’m not sure of who I dealt with at Honda so I guessed in order to complete this form. More
