Since choosing to bring my vehicle to Joyce Koons Manassas Honda, Ive had the pleasure of working with several service advisors/techs for a variety of issues from troubleshooting what I thought was a failing engine(it was not), safety inspection, brake fluid flushes, and your routine maintenance minder services. However, there are 2 fellas that stand out, and truly exemplify what it means to provide exceptional customer service. Both Nick Agrella and Kevin Schlenker are top notch, making what can sometimes be a stressful experience, smooth sailing from start to finish. Without a doubt, as long as I’m in the area, the team at Joyce Koons Manassas Honda, is where my vehicle will be maintained. More
