Very competent service department. I have been dealing with the Koons of Manassas service department for over ten years. They are courteous, competent and do an excellent job every tim I have been dealing with the Koons of Manassas service department for over ten years. They are courteous, competent and do an excellent job every time. Recently I had an intermittent electrical problem. This required time and patience. Service advisor Chris Shade and the technician (Shane?) zeroed in on an electrical connection that was leaking moisture. Problem solved. Great work. On my last visit, advisor Roland Murphy handled my service request promptly and during conversation included a tutorial on the tire pressure monitoring system and gave me some tips on how to avoid false error messages. He even followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was good. My first Honda was a little yellow 1976 Civic CVCC. I have owned Hondas ever since. My 2017 Civic Touring is a charm and I wouldn’t have it serviced anywhere else. More

Best Experience Ever! I have to say that we believe this was the best car buying experience we have ever had! We did our research online and obtained a AAA pricing offer v I have to say that we believe this was the best car buying experience we have ever had! We were helping to support our elderly parents who are not as familiar with pricing and the barter games that can be played. We shopped with other dealerships and the only dealership who gave us a fair deal was Koons of Manassas. We met with other dealerships and after hours of frustration with a sales manager who told us one thing and then walked away to play the waiting game, we had enough. We drove to Koons where the car we wanted was ready and waiting. They were very supportive of the elderly folks by having their finance team come to where they were waiting instead of making them traverse to the other side of the campus. They were extremely supportive of their sale and wanted to make sure the folks were happy. That was important to us to see them treat our parents with warmth and kindness and we are forever grateful to Darius Blagmon for making this experience as painless as possible. More
