Still good service, but no longer superior service. On last two visits to Manassas Koons Honda for oil change no Reminder Sticker was placed inside of my windshield to remind me of the next due date for On last two visits to Manassas Koons Honda for oil change no Reminder Sticker was placed inside of my windshield to remind me of the next due date for oil service. A small, but a very fundamental service task not performed as before. Previously, there was always temporary paper floor mats used to protect the floor carpets from soiling during service work. During my last oil service visit it was quiet obvious to me that no temporary paper mats were used because there was a big black oily shoe mark left on the light grey carpet floor mat. (I do not know if the clear plastic seat covers are still being used or not during service work.) I do not want to be a complainer, but I only offer the above comments in a positive effort to help Koons Honda to bring their customer service from just Average back to a superior 5-STAR service. More

The way car buying should be. In the morning I was filling out a True Car request and by the end of the day I was driving home in my new Odyssey. The car I wanted wasn't on the lot so after my test drive they were able to locate one in Maryland and have it ready for me to pick up early in the evening. I didn't even get to the dealership until 11 AM. Impressive! More

Great place once you find it. I bought a 2018 Accord Touring model. I liked everything about this dealership. The sales staff were knowledgeable and friendly.
