As well as a certain level of communication, to have your average consumer feel truly taken care of. We worked with TC and I never felt like I was left in the dark, confused, fooled or overpaying. He took the time to constantly update me and really went above and beyond. He took care of us from the moment I called in, as well as when I drove in, and even when I left and came back later that week upon job completion. He knew exactly the right approach to take given our situation. And jumped right on it and got it done ahead of schedule! TC’s level of expertise and his patience with my slowly developed understanding of the work needing to be done, is the idealistic template of the automotive service industry.
