A JOKE My husband and I were looking to buy a used Honda Odyssey and decided to give this place a try. The Used Car Sales Manager (GMC, I believe), Shaun, w My husband and I were looking to buy a used Honda Odyssey and decided to give this place a try. The Used Car Sales Manager (GMC, I believe), Shaun, was a joke along with the Salesmen, Bradley Clark. Bradley and his Manager told us that the sticker shown on the internet was the lowest that they could go so we decided to walk as we didn't NEED a car right then and there. If this dealer couldn't budge on price, can I ask why they were calling my phone everyday trying to see if we "had time to think on it?" I finally answered a few days later letting Bradley know that we had purchased an Odysessy elsewhere to which he replied, "I will remove your name off of the calling list." Bitter much? Nothing like thank you for your time or have a great day? I always remember things such as the customer service when in the market for a new car so this experience will definitely stick with me and this dealer will be avoided at all costs. Just for dealer reference: If you want to get great people working for you, try a background check. Social media tells a lot about character. More
