He repeatedly called me for updates, or let me know exactly when I would have an update. When I called on a Saturday, Tony Nguyen made sure the call went to the right person at the service center and spoke to me the day I arrived for the part replacement. He even offered me a loaner car when I realized the service appointment would last 30 minutes longer than I hoped for so I could attend the beginning of a basketball tournament my son was playing in. Overall, I feel like all the service guys I've dealt with have done a thorough job on my Honda minivan every time I've brought it in for service. More
