The price I received was excellent, and I will buy from Mr. Masloom again. The dealership has a little problem with communication and you just need to work with them a little bit to help get everyone on the same page. Once you get past that, they are great. Service is excellent. I purchased my 2008 Honda Odyssey from them and they serviced my vehicle for 10 years. More

Good experience purchasing the minivan doing negotiation over the phone helped close the deal sooner. unfortunately, the specific vehicle was not available at the dealership. Poor customer service I visited Joyce Koons Honda for an annual vehicle inspection on Wednesday, November 22. As I pulled into the service garage in my Honda Odyssey there I visited Joyce Koons Honda for an annual vehicle inspection on Wednesday, November 22. As I pulled into the service garage in my Honda Odyssey there were four Honda service agents at four computer stations. None of them had any customers. No one greeted me, even made any eye contact with me, or acknowledged my presence. Not until I exited my vehicle and approached one guy who was engrossed in his computer screen and spoke to him did I receive any sort of acknowledgement. As I waited for him to help, a fifth gentlemen who was returning to his computer station at the opposite end of the garage made eye contact with me and actually spoke to ask if I was being helped. Then as I exited my vehicle with two small children in tow, no one offered directions to the waiting area or even to hold open a door. This type of treatment by the four agents is sub-par. Even though Joyce Koons is very near to my home I will be sure to visit another Honda dealership for future services. More

When the time came we needed to replace our aging car we went to other Honda Dealership, bu we got the best offer and service from Joy Koons Honda. No haggling, offer was great and made buying a new car easy. Ahmed came on his day off to complete our transaction since it was getting late and we had to go home. The whole experience of buying a car went very smoothly. Thanks to our very knowledgeable sales personnel. Service have been very helpful to us, kudos to Tony Pekich who have helped us each time we had a problem with our car and also when we decided to sell it since we could not trade it in. Paul Spangler assisted in that area too. All in all our experience with Sales and Service been excellent and will have no problem recommending them to our friends and family. we will continue to use their service. More
Honda service I needed a part replaced on my right front axle, which was discovered during an oil change and inspection the week before, and Mr. Hassan even took ca I needed a part replaced on my right front axle, which was discovered during an oil change and inspection the week before, and Mr. Hassan even took care of contacting my warranty company for me (an independent warranty company NOT through Honda) to check coverage. He repeatedly called me for updates, or let me know exactly when I would have an update. When I called on a Saturday, Tony Nguyen made sure the call went to the right person at the service center and spoke to me the day I arrived for the part replacement. He even offered me a loaner car when I realized the service appointment would last 30 minutes longer than I hoped for so I could attend the beginning of a basketball tournament my son was playing in. Overall, I feel like all the service guys I've dealt with have done a thorough job on my Honda minivan every time I've brought it in for service. More
