Great sales people. Great car service Kebir Lakoune was there to sell a car but I honestly believe he fought to get me the car I wanted for the best possible price. If i could give this place a zero star rating i would!!! OK ATT; EVERYONE after 2 or 3 months of me waiting for any kind of response from this horrible car dealership, finally got a call back. Note i bought my used 2011 dodge durango citadel at Joyce Koons dealership in Manassas, va, and no more than 2 weeks the starter goes out. Once i had no choice but to pay out of pocket for a new starter, (since i was told sorry nothing can be done you didnt get our warranty) im like ok ill just ask for a reembursment right?Well 3 months later i finally get a call from Shawn McGregor the manager at this "fine" establishment and after i was arrgued with about me calling 2 weeks after i got the xxxx car with the issue... he proceded to tell me hes willing to give me 50% reembursment. I said ok ill except, but note i will write a vivid and horrible review on this dealership! This joker tells me "oh really ok well you know what i resend that offer, have a good day click!" Hmmm. Great customer service Shawn!!! So everyone NEVER GET A VEHICAL FROM JOYCE KOONS MANASSAS.... there will be something wrong with it and they will not tell you... and feed you some xx if they ever do contact you back! They have no respect for their customers, and especially their veterans!!!! Wow great way to start my weekend. Keep that 390$ yall obviously need it more than me. Ill be putting this post on all my social media so my friends and family dont have to waste their hard earned money on garbage!!! More

Incompetent or dishonest service center My Wife took 2011 pilot here for new brakes last year… Way overpriced… But I was TDY and she wanted to get it done… So…They turned the rotors… suppo My Wife took 2011 pilot here for new brakes last year… Way overpriced… But I was TDY and she wanted to get it done… So…They turned the rotors… supposedly to save her money… Who turns rotors anymore? Good grief I can buy top quality ones for 60 bucks apiece for the front! So… Of course the front rotors warped within five months… Not sure if it was incompetence or just wanted the return work when the rotors went bad… or were they just want to take advantage of women But will never do business with these guys again... Just replaced the front rotors this weekend… Pads barely worn but rotors warped! Thanks Honda More
