Honest, NO-HAGGLE, NO-HASSLE Car Buying at its best! To begin with, I do not give reviews very often; and also have high standards - so if I am taking the time to write this review, it means something! That said, I am a repeat customer for Joyce Koons and already use their service department. When looking for a new Odyssey, I used the Internet to start off my search and was contacted by Daniel Garcia. No-pressure whatsoever and the all the price information was exchanged via email; didn't push me to visit immediately, even once! When time was right, I went to the dealership but Daniel needed to attend to another urgent customer. I was handed off to another caring associate, Dennis Chen. It was meant to be as Dennis was super helpful in explaining EVERY single functionality, detail and no pressure whatsoever. I have a toddler so was unsure how well I could explain all the details to my wife (maybe take turns coming to the dealership etc.). Dennis made it easy and went the extra mile by letting me take the van for a day (with dealer tag). Unfortunately, my wife and son got sick but Daniel was kind enough to drive my van home the next day and take the loaner van back. He even got a card and balloon for my son. Talk about a caring team! In a week's time, when we were all feeling better, we went back to the dealership and drove back in our new van! They are an extremely courteous team and I wish the very best for the management who take good care of their people. These 2 guys were exceptional in their service. Also, a shout out to the associate who helped us out with Parts and the Finance associate (I couldn't find both their names listed in the site). The sales manager was more than fair and worked extremely hard to meet my needs; I felt unique and valued. Omar, the Business manager, was patient and thoroughly explained everything I had to sign. He was articulate and it was obvious the guy is a perfectionist. They play no games with numbers here, they're very honest and cordial. Overall, the service I received from Joyce Koons exceeded my expectations, it is truly the car buying experience one hopes and dreams about. I've never had a car buying experience that pleasant in my life. You'll quickly notice they have a top notch team dedicated to excellence, not to mention the very clean environment. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle that he said came to them with only one un-original key. Later I noticed that the lug wrench was missing. I realize that it is my responsibility to thoroughly check a used vehicle before consummating the purchase, but I had to get back. I would recommend anyone to Sunny. More

They tell you what needs to be done, and if there are multiple repairs to be made, they will prioritize the issues and let you know what needs to be done immediately and what can wait. They have a comfortable waiting room. They keep you informed on the progress of your repairs and how long it will take to complete. They also have a service to pick you up and drop you off if you are not going very far. On occasion, when repairs will take a long time, they provide loaner cars (probably only if you purchased you care there, I think) More

I have both leased and purchased multiple vehicles from them for myself, my husband and so far 2 out of 4 children. The other 2 are not ready to drive but you can be sure I would not go anywhere else. You are treated with respect and courtesy from the moment you walk in to the moment you have your car and of course beyond. They have made the buying process incredibly easy and fast! Tim has always been my go to finance person and he is so easy to work with and he is so fast with paperwork. This time I worked with Omar who was just as fantastic. Dipak was my sales person and he is genuinly so happy to help you find the perfect car for your needs. He tells us about Honda incentives that can bring pricing down (which is big for our family) and I KNOW the price and service is beyond what any dealership would do for you. The other factor that I find extraordinary (from my own experience as a a business owner) is that Koons not only gives back to the community on so many levels but they aer genuinely happy to do so. Angela Killinger is selfless. She and Koons have done so much for childhood cancer research. They are sponsors for so many Cancer Research events and she puts in her own personal time. These are the kinds of people I want to do business with again and again. More
