I needed to sell my Jeep Compass and get something with better gas mileage. I debated on even coming to this location after my experience at Tysons, however a friend of mine who bought her car from Daniel a week before assured me that he was great and would go the distance to help me out. As I arrived to the dealership, the Honda Civic was parked waiting for me. As soon as I met Daniel he was instantly friendly, professional, and quite hilarious. I never once felt pressured to buy and he did SO much to help me get into the Civic. He and the finance team went back and forth many times to find a financing option that would work best within my budget. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He went through the entire vehicle and showed me all of my cars options and made sure I didnt leave with any questions. I would highly recommend him and the entire dealership to anyone I meet. Always a great experice I have 3 Hondas and have each of them serviced at Koons. The oldest is a high mileage 2004 which is running great.
