Fabulous experience Had an electrical problem with my Civic hybrid that another dealer diagnosed as needing a new hybrid battery and converter for a cost of $6,000. When Had an electrical problem with my Civic hybrid that another dealer diagnosed as needing a new hybrid battery and converter for a cost of $6,000. When I took it to Joyce Koons for a second opinion the head service manager met me at my vehicle with his lead mechanic. After discussing they took it to the shop. 45 mins later they told me they did not think it was the battery but had been unable to fully diagnose yet. They suggested a more thorough diagnosis and gave me a limit on what it would cost. By the next evening they had isolated the problem to 2 failed relays at $25 each, replaced them, and test drove the vehicle for 30 mins in rush hour traffic to make sure the hybrid motor wa fully fixed. There willingness to actually troubleshoot the problem saved me almost $6 grand!!! I have never had a bad experience at Joyce Koons and after this I won't go anywhere else More

I was called by one of the sales people to come see a 2014 Accord and trade my 2010 Honda accord in for a lower payment. When I arrived, the car had been taken to the body shop. The manager gave Priscilla 3 other cars to show me. It was a bad night as they could not find those either. The upper management, instead of telling me to come back, told them to put me in a 2015 for the price of a 2014. WOW. This is truly an outstanding dealership. I have been in business many years and things do not always run well. For the dealership to show me a new product for the mishap, they showed their true character. They demonstrated integrity when they could have shown me the door. What a great group of people they have at Joyce Koons Honda. I got a 2015 with 9,000 miles for a price of a 2014. I can't tell you that you will get that kind of a deal but they treat you right in a busy world and that was very refreshing. I strongly recommend this dealership. Ask for the Fred deal. It will put a smile on your face for a long time. More
