Dissatisfaction and Disappointed After taking in my Honda for for my State inspection and oil change I was notified few hours later that a dashboard light was on in my vehicle . I indicated to the service representative that I don't live very far from the dealership and did not see any dashboard lights remaining on when I first started the vehicle or appear while driving over get service. However, I did indicate to the Service Rep the only time I did see a dashboard light was two weeks prior when I was bring the vehicle in for the Airbag Recall Service. A non-response from the Service Rep other than to say it was necessary for them to diagnose the problem for the vehicle to pass state inspection and if it was okay to go ahead with the diagnosis. I told them at this point since they remove the window sticker from the vehicle there was no choice and to go ahead with the diagnosis. After the diagnosis on Saturday, I was called back and was told by the Service Rep it was a seat-belt related problem, and this was a special order part and the vehicle would not be fixed until Tuesday. In the end the cost for the state inspection, oil change and seat-belt fix was over $350.00. It not so much about the cost incurred, though it was high, it's more because I've been coming to this dealership since 2005 and have felt I've been treated honestly and fairly until now. More

Front Axle Replacement Bob was our service adviser again, and as usual, he was great. Our Odyssey has been having issues with shaking when driving at 60 mph. He explained Bob was our service adviser again, and as usual, he was great. Our Odyssey has been having issues with shaking when driving at 60 mph. He explained that the problem was not the wheel alignment or balance and rotate, but we needed to replace both front axles. This solved the problem and the van is drives smoothly now. Thanks, Bob! More

Sunny knew every aspect of the car and easily answered questions and took the time to show how all the new features work. Behzad handled the financial end very quickly and was extremely friendly while doing it. Before I even got to the dealership, Doug Miller online quoted me a price and made sure the cars I wanted to see were clean and ready to go when I arrived. All three gentlemen are true professionals in their job. This is my third purchase of a Honda from Joyce Koons, and I highly recommend them. They seem to be able to get you the car you want at the price you want. More
