The waiting area with wifi lets me get an appointment without missing a beat with work allowing me to save my precious vacation time off with my kids and not having to take time off for auto services. Managers are friendly and informative and I never feel like they are trying to do any other unnecessary work on my vehicle other then what is required each appointment. 5-stars. More

Great experience I walked through the door and I asked for dipek. Because he assisted me in the morning around 10am and I told him I will be back later, and when I cam I walked through the door and I asked for dipek. Because he assisted me in the morning around 10am and I told him I will be back later, and when I came back. he was not around. And i wanted to go back and this guy came from nowhere and said hi, l can help with any car you want trust me. And this guy (Abe) assisted me oooh my Goodness he was so awesome. He did as he promised me. now am driving a new Honda CRV 2016 car with a very good price. Abe thanks a lot keep on doing that. More

Excellent Service Department I went in for a simple oil change (I normally do these myself but just didn't have time) and boy was I glad I did. The service department is extremely I went in for a simple oil change (I normally do these myself but just didn't have time) and boy was I glad I did. The service department is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. While I was there, I spoke to Paul the service manager about a recall notice I received for the front airbag problem many of the auto manufacturers have been dealing with. In the notice, Honda said the parts were not available until sometime in the summer (It is early April) and that a loaner car could be had until the repairs were made if you were concerned about driving your vehicle with the potentially faulty airbag. I did some online research when I first got the recall notice and saw comments others made that Honda would only provide a loaner for the time the vehicle was in the shop. Paul said that information was incorrect, that Honda would provide a loaner vehicle until the parts arrived and the repairs could be made. After signing some papers saying I would not drive my vehicle after parking it at home until I would bring it back in for the repairs, I went to Enterprise and picked up my loaner vehicle. Thanks Paul and Honda!!! More
