Wonderful! We needed to get a reliable car quickly as our previous car broke down. In a couple days we drove off with a new Honda Accord. We had a low pressure We needed to get a reliable car quickly as our previous car broke down. In a couple days we drove off with a new Honda Accord. We had a low pressure sales person who did a great job educating us on some different cars and continued to help with unfamiliar features before we left the lot with our new car. We shopped around and Koons had the best price, great service and life time oil changes (a holiday special) were icing on the cake. I cannot not think of any areas that could have been improved. My husband has been in the Accord on I-95 and traffic and says it is probably the best car he has ever had- and he is rather picky. More

Karen always keeps me informed, and If something needs to be addressed, she gives me the information and lets me know if it needs to be done immediately or can wait. I usually choose to take care of it at my service appointment before it becomes an issue. I appreciate Karen's honesty. More

Honda Service Took my van for recall on airbag and oil/filter change. Ended up agreeing to cooling system flush and steering system cleaning. Since I have 108K miles on the vehicle, it seemed like a good thing to do. Service experience was positive, friendly service folks and cashier. Only down side is the distance from my home to the dealership, but this time gas was considerably cheaper in Manassas then Woodbridge. Been dealing with them since 2000. More
