Excellent Service I took my car in because the break was making a loud noise. Karen was able to slip me into an open slot and less than two hours later she and her team I took my car in because the break was making a loud noise. Karen was able to slip me into an open slot and less than two hours later she and her team fixed it and all is well again. She also made sure that her tech checked around to make sure that there weren't any other issues. Nothing else to worry about but made suggestions to keep an eye on possible future maintenance that might be needed. Definitely appreciated the heads-up and not try to sell me more services that I didn't need yet. More

Great service - Anticipated my needs!! I took my 2005 Honda Odyssey to Joyce Koons Honda for some engine mounts. Before taking it in, I called about 5-6 different independent shops and surp I took my 2005 Honda Odyssey to Joyce Koons Honda for some engine mounts. Before taking it in, I called about 5-6 different independent shops and surprisingly, they all quoted me significantly higher. I was warmly greeted at the service bay, offered a loaner and he even checked for any open campaigns. There was one and he took care of that also. So far so good, and at this point, I would have given them 4 stars; however, here's what pushed it to 5 stars for me. The engine mounts prevented me from passing state safety inspection. As I was picking up the car, I realized that I never asked them to do a safety inspection. At this point, I figured I would have to take it back to the shop where I originally got the inspection done or wait longer at Koons to have inspection done again. I never asked them to but they anticipated my need and went ahead and conducted a safety inspection prior to me arriving to pick up the car. They had everything ready to go, and they didn't charge me for the inspection, which they very well could have. More
