Consistently Excellent I will always take my 2003 Odyssey to Joyce Koons Honda for service. Everyone is courteous and friendly. The waiting area is comfortable. But most of all I have found them to be very trustworthy. My most recent example of this is I took my car to another service facility for the state inspection. It passed, but they recommended a coolant flush, which they said they could do immediately. Instead I took it to JKHonda for an oil change and coolant flush. Honda told me I didn't need a coolant flush at all! Another reason I really like JKHonda is the multi-point inspection. That gives me peace of mind. More

All morning long I felt like I was being scammed and didn't feel comfortable with what monthly payments I was being offered. Johanna and Tyler understood my concerns and frustrations and got right to work. They were up front and honest with me. They explained how my credit was going to effect my interest rate and monthly payment. I felt like I had people who were actually trying to help me in finding the best deal. I appreciate their help so much and would recommend them and this dealership to anyone! More
