At first she quoted to MSRP, but when she saw that we had Koons internet price she honored it, no questions asked. Could I have haggled more? Maybe, but I knew that the price quoted was close to their bottom line (which was below invoice). Tim Rowan was also friendly and gave us good on service agreement as well.
