He stayed with me through the entire process, making sure I had something to drink even down to eating, since they were cooking out at the time. Shopping for Honda Odyssey I was referred to this dealership by my sister and her husband. I was already working with another Honda dealership, but they were having an issue fin I was referred to this dealership by my sister and her husband. I was already working with another Honda dealership, but they were having an issue finding the Odyssey in the color we wanted. I corresponded via email to request information. Within just a couple of hours the dealership found the car and was making arrangements to get the car from another dealership. I provided them with information regarding our trade in and via email received a quote for the value of our car. They did appraise our car once we visited the dealership, however they had already committed to the number they quoted us via email so there was no hassle. They beat the other dealership's price, got us the car/color we requested when the other dealership told us we would need to pay approximately $2500 more to get that car, gave us $500 more for our trade in, and ultimately provided a very good customer experience! They also provided us with a 2 year service plan to visit any Honda dealership for oil & filter changes, plus they extended the offer further for oil and filter service for the life of the car at their own dealership and service department. The staff was professional, courteous, and we were able to get in and it of the dealership in just a couple of hours. More

Koons Honda already had the car I was looking for on the lot, with a lower sticker price than the other dealership was quoting me. Working out the deal was much faster and more pleasant than with other cars I purchased, and the sales associates were easy to work with. Financing was a quick and painless process. Quick and Painless Process! I went there to appraise my car. I had almost given up on getting into something that I wanted and was perfect for me. Going through so many bad deals I went there to appraise my car. I had almost given up on getting into something that I wanted and was perfect for me. Going through so many bad deals previously and my credit rating not being the same just left me honestly: frustrated and hopeless. When I got there. They drove my car, told me they'd pay it off and put me in something that I wanted. Basically, they gave it to me straight, no beating around the bush. The whole process took 2 days.
