They told me what I needed & I am satisfied with the work. Also identified a few issues with the timing belt / water pump assemblies and had those fixed before they became bigger issues. Although I have never used them before for service, since I am not here in the N. Va area for very long, they took care of some recalls that were overdue. Recalls that were identified while I had the vehicle over in Europe and brought back after my military tour there. I will never argue about getting a complimentary car wash either! Something I appreciate greatly! I will return for service while in the area againt, if it is ever needed. More

Odyssey Recall. Latest service visit was an appointment for'Saftey Recall to replace the fuel filter set'. Told it would be about an hour and 45 minutes.. 120k Service Did not have an appointment but that was not a problem, Brought my car in for service, was immediately greeted by one of the Service Advisers and was Did not have an appointment but that was not a problem, Brought my car in for service, was immediately greeted by one of the Service Advisers and was told that it would be between 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours before I could get it back. Was pleasantly surprised that the car was ready in just over an hour. Car is running great and can't say anything bad about the service department. Great Job guys. More
