Service Department Review I have owned only Hondas since 1977. When I moved back to Northern Virginia 20+ years ago I found Joe H., the only mechanic I like to work on my Honda I have owned only Hondas since 1977. When I moved back to Northern Virginia 20+ years ago I found Joe H., the only mechanic I like to work on my Hondas. When he started working at Koons I followed him there and have been lucky to have Joe Carroll, Service Advisor, and Joe H. as my Honda go-to guys. Even for the smallest issue. I have a choice of 5 other Honda dealers much closer to home, too. OTOH, Buying a new Honda from Koons has never happened as they are always overpriced. I will continue to make the trip out to Koons Service Department as long as "my guys" are there. Thank you, Joe and Joe! More

Almost Failed inspection I Own a 02 CRV with over 215k miles, and The team at Koons Honda helped Locate 2 recalled parts, while fixing my seat belt sensors all within the allo I Own a 02 CRV with over 215k miles, and The team at Koons Honda helped Locate 2 recalled parts, while fixing my seat belt sensors all within the allotted 15 days prior to failing the state inspection. All in All it took 4 days to fix everything and they didn't hesitate to loan me a loaner for the time being. No one ever wants to pay a large amount of money to fix a car, but the over all experience and professionalism made it easier to take. thanks again, and i will return in the future for purchases and service. We were predisposed towards Joyce Koons because of my wife's very good experiences with their service department. They gave us a good price (on an in-demand car). Salesman (Dipak) was great. Dealership had a nice, stable, low pressure feel to it. I'm not sure the "extra" services are a good deal if you're tight on money, although you can certainly count on Joyce Koons long term. More
Finally this time they did the work in the time they told me, the last two times it took over an hour and a half just to do a simple oil change. Maintenance I started to hear some loud noises coming from the front of my car...I was able to get it in the shop within a day. It was my breaks.
