I needed heat in my vehicle! The dashboard fan in my 2002 CRV stopped working. It's December and I needed heat! Joe Carroll and his team found the cause, gave me a price and fixed the problem quickly. I also asked them to look at my brakes and give me a quote on that work. I explained that I could not do that work until after the holidays and he was not pushy about it. I have also worked in the past with Roland Murphy, who was also very nice and helpful. I've always had good experiences at Joyce Koons Honda service. More

The staff is dedicated to finding out what the customer wants and and needs and then providing it at a reasonable price. We brought our CRV back the next day for IOU extras and again were treated very professionally by the service department. I am looking forward to a long and enjoyable relationship. I recommend Joyce Koons Honda to anyone looking good car buying experience. More

Lost a longtime customer I have been taking my Honda to this dealership for over 10 years and have been very happy with the service department, however when it became time to I have been taking my Honda to this dealership for over 10 years and have been very happy with the service department, however when it became time to purchase another Honda, it was a different story. I really wanted to continue my relationship with Joyce Koons but I felt my salesperson and the finance department really did not want my business.
