Rather than imposing the expectation of a "perfect score" each time or the aspiration of an "above rating" for each employee, how about treating your employees more like "people" than "cattle". In the twenty or more years that I have taken my vehicle to Joyce Koons Honda, I have yet to experience anyone who was unkind, unprofessional, or unreasonable in their efforts to provide the best service possible to me or any other customer. (Hence, the sole reason, I continue to bring my vehicle to you for servicing). It disheartens me that your profit margins are more important than your humanity of those who work extremely hard to maintain your unreasonably high standards. More
