Oil change and checkup I just went to Koons Honda for an oil change and checkup of my 2014 Accord Sport, as well as the Virginia state inspection. They made an appointment I just went to Koons Honda for an oil change and checkup of my 2014 Accord Sport, as well as the Virginia state inspection. They made an appointment for me the next day. When I got there my car was taken immediately. It took about 1/2 hour for everything to be finished. Given that it was a new car, there was no charge for the oil change and inspection, which was very nice. They also washed the car before it was given back to me. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. So far my experience with Koons was great from the sale to the first oil change. I have nothing bad to say and I will probably do business with them again. More

I purchased a second Honda because of this service dept I have owned vehicles since 1977. I had one Honda and the service here was great, better than any other dealer I have been to.
