A Fantastic Car Buying Experience My husband and I had been looking to buy a new CR-V to replace my smaller older vehicle. I had decided on a CR-V because I had known several people t My husband and I had been looking to buy a new CR-V to replace my smaller older vehicle. I had decided on a CR-V because I had known several people to own a CR-V for 10+ years and then go buy another CR-V (not because the old one died, but because they wanted a new car). We had originally visited the Honda Dealership in Chantilly, and I pulled out the price Koons had quoted me. They tried to act as if they would price match but then added on fees for things that were not even on the car we looked at; needless to say we walked out of that dealership and drove down the road to Koons. The friendliness of everyone at Koons was amazing, and the complete opposite of the previous dealership. They had the car I wanted and it did have a dealer installed package that originally I did not think I wanted (in the end, I'm glad it has it), but they discounted the package. The whole transaction was very smooth and I didn't feel like I was being hassled. I recommended the dealership to all my friends and family. And my husband took great pleasure in telling the other dealership (when they called the next morning) about our wonderful experience with Koons and that we already had our new car in the garage! More
