I continue to have the vehicle serviced there because of the discounts offered (coupons on the web), the convenience (waiting room is comfortable and location is less than 10 miles from my home and the weekend hours) and in most cases the wait is not extremely long. My only complaint is that in the Waiting Room, the TV is always on CNN and it's too loud for those customers that are trying to read or work. More

We worked with Luis Ramirez (Sales person) and Eddy Castro (Sales Manager) and both were very friendly, to-the-point and got us in-and-out quickly. Ours was a no-fuss, no muss purchase and they made sure it was efficient and all the dealer "Extras" were explained thoroughly. Eddy was so "on top of things" that he returned our msg. even on his day off!!! We were also very impressed with Sheila Williams, the Customer Service Rep. She sat down with us and explained all the services the dealership offered. She also had an additional service she was "selling" (interior stain protection and exterior paint protection) and was very detailed in her explanation and the costs of these optional add-ons. When we explained we were NOT interested in these options, she gently tried to have us reconsider, but was not pushy at all. We greatly appreciated not having a "hard sell" for these features. SHE WAS GREAT! And, especially impressive was that when we were back in the dealer the next day to finalize our purchase, she even greeted us BY NAME! Remembered exactly who we were after only have spent 15 or so minutes with us the day prior. We have purchased an Accord, a Pilot and an Odyssey with 3 different dealerships in the past 10 years. We were MOST IMPRESSED by our experience with Joyce Koons Honda and will be returning there for our future Honda purchases. THEY WERE EXCELLENT!!!!! More
