I like to have Roland Murphy as my service rep as he is very knowledgeable about my car, and I trust him to know what needs to be done and when. He is in and out of the work bay checking on my car and keeping me posted while I am there. More

We needed the car so that I could park my 2001 Ford Ranger and use it only for "truck" duties. We already have a 2013 Honda Civic that we both love for its quality and gas mileage. The new "used " car would be used to keep the mileage off of the Civic so we were looking for something that got decent gas mileage. Charles had a car in mind for us that met all of our requirements, a 2004 Honda Accord LX that was in near mint condition. After the test drive I knew this was the car, and following a little negotiating on the price, we came to a deal. We had the vehicle that we had hoped to find. Charles was extremely helpful and honest and worked with us in closing the deal. We both enjoyed our experience with him and the dealership.
