I came into the dealership with 1 objective and that was to buy a car. Luckily for me they paired me up with the perfect sales guy (Chris Montanez) who was willing to make my purchase just as easy as I was looking forward to. Appreciate the assistance with my new car purchase and YES I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALER IN THE NEAR FUTURE!!! More

This is a thank-you for Ralph. My Accord needed new brake pads, but in the process it was discovered that a caliper also needed replaced. They didn't have the parts in stock, so my My Accord needed new brake pads, but in the process it was discovered that a caliper also needed replaced. They didn't have the parts in stock, so my car had to spend a night there. To help me out, Ralph gave me a loaner free of charge. Love the no non-sense approach Ralph takes. Overall brake job also seems good. More

Brought my CR-V in to have air conditioning checked I brought my 2007 CR-V in to have air conditioning checked because the air wasn't blowing as cold as I thought it should. Honda checked it and came b I brought my 2007 CR-V in to have air conditioning checked because the air wasn't blowing as cold as I thought it should. Honda checked it and came back and said it would cost $1100.00 to fix it. I told them I would have to come back because I didn't have the money right then and there. They said ok. I left the dealership and started down the road and went to turn my air conditioning on. There was no air conditioning, the air was blowing hot air. I had a meeting and it was late so I got to where I was going and called the service manager Jay Tippett. He said that evidently the air just leaked out suddenly and you never know how long the freeon will stay in when there's a leak. I told him I had cold/cool air blowing when I came into the dealership and left with hot air. He just kept saying that a leak could all of a sudden just cause drain. I said I want back what I had. He said its not possible. I said I want to speak to your manager. He said he will tell you what I am telling you. I said I don't care, I want to speak to him. He said he's gone for the day but I'll have him call you tomorrow. I said ok. If about 15 minutes Jay called me back and said bring the car in tomorrow and we will put some freeon in it but we can't guarantee it will stay. I said fine, I'll bring it in tomorrow. The next evening I went back and they took the car back to put freeon in it. While I was waiting I decided to go see if I could find the manager. As I walked down the hall I saw him turning into his office (Mike Clancey). I asked him if I could speak to him for a minute and he said yes. I proceeded to tell him all the above. He said he was so sorry this happened and he would like to fix my air conditioning at just the cost of the parts. I said I appreciated that so much and that I would bring the car back to have it done. It ended up that the service dept couldn't get the freeon to stay in the car that evening so they gave me a loner car and kept my car to fix it. The next morning they called to say my car was ready. I am very thankful for the way Mike Clancey handled my car situation. I really couldn't afford the $1100 and for him to fix my car and be so kind and considerate to me and be generous in this way was more than I could ever have hoped for. Thank you for a manager who will listen and make one person feel like they mean something!! More

I never felt uncomfortable or pushed into a deal. They work well as a team from sales into the financial portion everything was smooth and consistent. They work well with what your budget and try and make things comfortable for you. I'm very pleased with this dealer! More
They surprised me . I have purchased a lot of new cars in my life time. During that time, I have gotten some bad deals, and I have had dealerships (their employees) pulle I have purchased a lot of new cars in my life time. During that time, I have gotten some bad deals, and I have had dealerships (their employees) pulled some under handed stuff on me. So I had my guard up big time. Joyce Koons seemed to be above board, honest and a very friendly bunch. I am not saying they were not trying to make as much money as possible, but when I objected to the deals offered, they came back with a counter offer that was acceptable. I would buy from them again, and I will post my service experiences when the time comes for that. More
