I know that the work will be done correctly and on time. Also, he is very honest about what the car needs and doesn't need. I have had a few issues with the car (it's a 2005) and had it evaluated close to home. When the those businesses "found" things wrong and gave me expensive quotes, I would take it to Koons where I have always found the problem to be different or quoted for much less. This is a very reputable dealership from sales to service and I highly recommend them. More
