I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change service and at the same time requested a quote for installation of two nuts on my vehicle - a job that I was told when I scheduled the appointment and again and at the same time requested a quote for installation of two nuts on my vehicle - a job that I was told when I scheduled the appointment and again when I checked the vehicle in for service was "...a 5-minute job that they likely would not even charge me for". When my assigned service advisor came to speak to me about the cost of installing the nuts on my vehicle, he informed me that the charge would be $40, 1/3 the cost of installing the side-steps that the nuts would hold. He very condescendingly informed me that I should just have them do the whole installation, but since I didn't want to do that, they were going to charge me a percentage of the whole installation, rather than for the time the job would actually take. If it weren't for the fact that I have free routine maintenance for this vehicle because I bought it at this dealership, his condescending attitude and the punitive pricing would cost the dealership a customer. I certainly would not recommend this dealership to others for sales or service. More

I dropped off my car for a check engine light. They ended up having to do other repairs on the car. I got my car back 5 days after I dropped it off. The ran good for 2 days. He told me to bring it back up and they would look at it. We will see if it can be repaired this time. More
