I have been bringing my van into this dealership since 2009 and have been very very pleased with the work these guys have provided me. Not once have I ever been "talked" into buying unnecessary things or 2009 and have been very very pleased with the work these guys have provided me. Not once have I ever been "talked" into buying unnecessary things or doing unnecessary work and they have always been up front with me about anything that needed to be done. I made the mistake one time of taking my van to a local shop to get the brakes fixed and wound up going back to Honda because the local dealership really did a number on my brakes AND my pocket book! Never again will I trust my vehicles to anyone other than THIS dealership! I can't say enough great things about the people that work on these cars. They really really know their stuff and the service staff is more than accommodating and friendly! Thanks for your continued service on my very precious "babies". :-) More

I go to Joyce Koons Honda in Manassas to service my Honda Pilot because I always get treated with respect. I have seen a different service rep each time and they all are great. I had a coupon for a free St Pilot because I always get treated with respect. I have seen a different service rep each time and they all are great. I had a coupon for a free State Inspection in my wallet but when I went to the cashier, Kelly Dutton already printed one out for me and attached it to the sales sheet. Now that's great service! Quote we were told "I don't have enough time because I have 200 other customers to work with" It appears Honda has enough business so we will do business with the competition or anyone other dealership that is willing to place customer service at the top of their list.
