Carl was very friendly and helpful. We were frustrated with Honda and their delays with the warranty items/not covering all of them, etc. but in terms of Carl and Koons we were very pleased. I bought my Honda Odyssey here 9 years ago and have had them service it every time. I've not been disappointed. The past few years I have had the pleasure of working with Glen Ogle for service. He is kind, considerate and goes beyond what's required of him to be sure that I receive everything that I need and somethimes even extra things that I'd like to have. On several occasions I have had a concern about my vehicle and he has always had me come right in so they can investigate the problem and fix it. On another occasion when I needed to have my van to drive several elderly ladies to church, Glen immediately tracked down and secured a loaner van (not just a sedan) so that I could keep my commitment to drive. Another time he has tracked down a vendor for me that was no longer offered as a service through Koons so that I could still have the work done that I preferred. My most recent service event was one that required immediate attention. Even though Geln had been promoted and moved to another vehicle brand, he still took care of my repair and spent time updating me on a potential new car purchase that I was inquiring about. As I told Glen, I will buy another Honda from Koons only because I can have it serviced through Glen. I hope he stays with Koons for a long time. More
