Bought my first Honda Car at Joyce Koons Honda. This was one of my easier purchases of a vehicle in some time. Add in that they offer two years required maintenance for free, makes me happy. A nice improvement over competition at Mazda, Subaru & Ford. I stopped in for an oil change and to have my front tire checked. The tire was low. The first thing the service advisor said was "Looks like your tire's low. It may be a damaged sidewall and you'll need a n checked. The tire was low. The first thing the service advisor said was "Looks like your tire's low. It may be a damaged sidewall and you'll need a new tire" Uh oh. Sure enough, 45 minutes later, the advisor came in and sat down next to me and told me that my tire had a nail and was too damaged to be fixed. I needed to buy a new tire for $251. I asked if there was a cheaper alternative. He said yes, but it wouldn't match the other 3 and wasn't in stock and would take several hours to bring to the dealership. I declined to purchase either tire and drove home on the spare. Friends at work suggested I get a 2nd opinion. I took it to a guy who just opened a tire shop. He examined it, did whatever tests needed and told me all it needed was a plug. He fixed my tire and didn't even charge me. I've always taken my cars to dealerships because I expect to be treated with integrity. Not this time! I will never go back to Joyce Koons Honda. The service advisor tried to pressure me to buy a tire that I didn't need. This isn't integrity and hey don't deserve my business. More
I choose Joyce Koons Honda because I had two family members that purchased cars here over the past few years and they were very happy with their Sales and Service Departments. I drove 40 minutes to make my purchase here instead of a dealership that was only 10 minutes from my home and I'm glad I did. My experience was outstanding. Knowledgeable Sales Staff. Great Inventory. And the purchase was an easy process and I got a great price. I actually was just planning on looking at the Pilot and taking a test drive. But after talking with Luis Ramirez and driving the vehicle, I decided I would make my purchase now. Problem was I had to get back to pick up my son from school at 3:20 p.m. and it was already 11:30 when I finished the test drive. I also had a trade in, no title and no checks on me. After agreeing on the purchase price, I told them of my situation and they said they would try to speed everything up so I could get back home in time, and I would be driving my new Pilot. Wow! Got the Pilot all cleaned up and I was able to hit the road. I made it home just as my son was coming off the bus. What a great day! Thank you Joyce Koons Honda for your great help in my new purchase. I will strongly recommend your dealership to others. I forgot to mention, I also got 2 years of free maintenance. Even thought it's a little further away, I am planning on bringing my Pilot back to Joyce Koons for Service while I own it. More

Both times I was assisted by Mr. Bob Miner and numerous other occasions in the past couple years! Bob is very well informed and straight forward in his advises. He is very accommodating and helpful in giving us the information pertaining to our cars and in the process, save us time and cost.
