I choose Joyce Koons Honda because I had two family members that purchased cars here over the past few years and they were very happy with their Sales and Service Departments. Great Inventory. And the purchase was an easy process and I got a great price. I actually was just planning on looking at the Pilot and taking a test drive. But after talking with Luis Ramirez and driving the vehicle, I decided I would make my purchase now. Problem was I had to get back to pick up my son from school at 3:20 p.m. and it was already 11:30 when I finished the test drive. I also had a trade in, no title and no checks on me. After agreeing on the purchase price, I told them of my situation and they said they would try to speed everything up so I could get back home in time, and I would be driving my new Pilot. Wow! Got the Pilot all cleaned up and I was able to hit the road. I made it home just as my son was coming off the bus. What a great day!
