The very competitive Internet price was honored with no extras or gimmicks added - everything was included and explained up front so there were no surprises when we arrived at the dealership. The car we wanted was available as ordered and expected. We ended up doing this twice as we changed our mind from a Civic to a new Accord. After a very positive experience working with Chad and Robert from the internet team, on our arrival Robert turned us over to Kevin as the final sales consultant. Kevin was, and post-sale, continues to be very enthusiastic and positive. Kevin made sure we test drove the car and made sure we were totally satisfied with the vehicle choice before completing the final purchase negotiations. The general sales manager Eddie Castro was also very helpful in terms of getting us into the right car and making sure we were satisfied with the price and other terms of the deal. This was important because this was my newly college graduated son's first new car. The final sales paperwork, financing, and deal closing were all very efficient. Kevin has continued to follow up to assure our experience continues to be positive. As our first experience with this dealership, it was overall outstanding. We got a great price on a new car and the staff were all very professional, friendly and helpful. I'm sure we will be back again some day. More

When I took delivery of my 2013 Honda Odyssey (after waiting in the showroom for 2+ hours for the finance people to get around to me), I had the salesman take note of some paint scratches around the pas waiting in the showroom for 2+ hours for the finance people to get around to me), I had the salesman take note of some paint scratches around the passenger door handle. I was given a piece of paper authorizing repair of the scratches when I returned for service. After a three hour wait for an oil change and repair of the minor scratches, was notified my car was ready. The service representative went to great lenghts explaining why the scratches could not be repaired. According to him, the paint man had wet-sanded the scratches on the body of the vehicle but could not get to the two remaining on the door handle without taking the handle off and completely redoing the area. My biggest problems with this whole "repair-service" scenario is this: At no time during the three hour wait was I kept informed of any progress, when I got the vehicle back (the daytime temperature was in the mid 90's) it was evident it had been parked in the sun for most of the time as I could not touch it, and the original body scratch was still there as was the residue of the wet-sand attempt to do a repair. Basically, I was there at Joyce Koons Honda for a three hour oil change. More
