Arkeem is an awesome salesperson. The guy was juggling 2 customers at one time which made my time there longer. I asked for the sales manager before meeting Arkeem but he did not even come over to introduc customers at one time which made my time there longer. I get my vehicle serviced there every time and I was a little disappointed about that. So all of my 5 ratings are for Arkeem! More

Great service! I dropped my car the evening before and by 9AM I got an estimate from Joe Carroll. The repair cost was reasonable and in no time the repair was done. I was not able to pick up my car before th 9AM I got an estimate from Joe Carroll. The repair cost was reasonable and in no time the repair was done. I was not able to pick up my car before the service department closed and Joe Carroll was kind enough to make arrangement for me to pick up my car after their normal business hours. More

Both sales repesentatives were gentlemen who were customer oriented and actually listened to my wants and delivered my requests which enhanced my car shopping and purchase experience. I found the car I wa interested in on cars.com. I was a little apprehensive about buying a car since I had been driving my previous vehicle for 8 years, but the experience was very pleasant. Isaiah was very friendly and helpful, but was not pushy and did not meet me in the parking lot as soon as I exited my car, like previous dealerships had done in the past. We have purchased two used autos from Koons to date. Both were purchased through Gary Johnson in the sales department. Mr. Johnson has been honest, helpful and a joy to work with. At no time has he ever been pushy or your "stereotypical" salesperson. We had an issue with the first purchase regarding the Auto4Life warranty. After emailing Gary, who then forwarded the email to Brad Burch, Koons worked with us and replaced our transmission. Koons has dropped Auto4Life and now have their own Koons for Life warranty which covers the drivetrain for as long as we own our vehicles. You just can't beat that! Service here has always been fast and well-done. We have been very happy with Koons and have and will continue to recommend them to others. More
I have my 3rd lease with Joyce Koons Honda and have had great experiences with the service department. They may recommend preventative maintenance, but don't push it. There was a time when I thought brake pads needed changing, they said the pads were fine and the noise I had been hearing was due to dirt between the pad and calipur. Other service shops may have taken advantage and said the pads were worn and needed replacing. More
We needed to run out-of-town unexpectedly--and i needed an oil change. I called Joe Carroll and he took me first thing on SUNDAY Morning!!
