I promptly received my quote from the internet sale manager Ahmed. The quote was clear and to the point but was a bit higher than dealer I found in MD. I got all of my price and options negociated on email and when I show up to close the deal, Josh shown me the Van and took us for the test drive. I closed the entire transaction within 2 1/2 hours. Suggestion to the dealer: The guest services should be on top of what was in the options and help me setup the date time to bring the car back for the options to be installed, instead I have to call them and ask. The finance person could have been more friendly than just telling me "I am just the finance guy" when I asked him about options and services. The service dept was great get all of my options installed within 1 1/2 hours while I was there waiting. Overall, I highly recommend this dealer and overall experience was good More
My '07 Odyssey had a recall issue, notification from Honda indicated that repair would take half day. Was pleasantly surprised when the job took about one hour. This is a bit of a change from the last time I was in this dealership (1+ yr ago)when certain service reps were surly and "couldn't care less if they helped" the customer. I found the service person I worked with, Glenn to be honest and helpful. The whole issue started because the dealer gave me two choices to replace my raditor: 1) Honda Made Radiotor or 2) Outside Co honest and helpful. The whole issue started because the dealer gave me two choices to replace my raditor: 1) Honda Made Radiotor or 2) Outside Company Raditor. I chose outside company radiator because the price was low. That started an issue with the leaking fluid. The issue lasted for 6 months. They fixed the issue for the first time around for free, acknowleding that it was connected with the Raditor. Finally I had to replace a new "Honda Raditor" because the leaking was not stopping even after the first repair. I still had to pay half the money again for the new radiator. The manager could have asked me to sit down on a chair when I visited his office to discuss the issue. Isn't that what we do usually when a customer enters our office? Also going forward they should not recommend to other customers "an outside company raditor for my make and model of the car". When I asked if that would be the case, I was told we don't know. But anyways, they do good work and at least they were honest the first time around. More

In this particular instance, there was a very simple fix to my problem (something dumb I was unaware of). The Honda team was honest enough to tell me I didn't have a problem! My other problem was fixed quickly and has not been an issue anymore. The Honda waiting room is very comfortable and quiet with amenities like comfortable seating, a TV, clean rest rooms, vending machines, and even a McDonalds within a short walking distance across the parking lot. I will always take my Honda to Joyce Koons Honda for repairs. I recommend it 100%. More
Arkeem is an awesome salesperson. The guy was juggling 2 customers at one time which made my time there longer. I asked for the sales manager before meeting Arkeem but he did not even come over to introduc customers at one time which made my time there longer. Great service! I dropped my car the evening before and by 9AM I got an estimate from Joe Carroll. The repair cost was reasonable and in no time the repair was done. I was not able to pick up my car before the service department closed and Joe Carroll was kind enough to make arrangement for me to pick up my car after their normal business hours. More
