After emailing Gary, who then forwarded the email to Brad Burch, Koons worked with us and replaced our transmission. Koons has dropped Auto4Life and now have their own Koons for Life warranty which covers the drivetrain for as long as we own our vehicles. You just can't beat that! Service here has always been fast and well-done. We have been very happy with Koons and have and will continue to recommend them to others. More

I have my 3rd lease with Joyce Koons Honda and have had great experiences with the service department. They may recommend preventative maintenance, but don't push it. I always deal with Bob Miner at this location, he is awesome and a down-to-earth-guy, takes excellent care of my vehicle and business , always goes the extra mile, keeps you informed and gives you an ho awesome and a down-to-earth-guy, takes excellent care of my vehicle and business , always goes the extra mile, keeps you informed and gives you an honest assessment of your vehicle , is not pushy at all regarding repairs.The dealership service is pricey, but with coupons etc, I believe they are cheaper , give-or-take , few $$ here or there , + it is a Honda Dealer, they have the parts and expertise , which pays of in the long run. Love their shuttle service, very convenient. More
