I always take my Odyssey to Koons Honda. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful and trustworthy. If their first attempt doesn't fix a problem, they are always ready to try something else - work there are very friendly and helpful and trustworthy. I was there on Monday geting my wife oil changed my service advisor was very nice i inform him i got an email with $10 off he said no problem i will take care of it.tuesday i took my car and i found a service advisor was very nice i inform him i got an email with $10 off he said no problem i will take care of it.tuesday i took my car and i found a diffrent service advisor he went crazy on me how i did not print the coupon i showed him the email in my iphone and his respond was "i can not do any thing with it" i felt very dis satisfied ..he came to me 40 min later to tell me i need to change my brakes ..with this service i decided not do it there paid my bill and he stood there telling me how he need me to rate him as an excellent when i get this survey..i went next door to BP the following week get my barke done and i bought tires cause he recommend me to do so since 2 of them were going bad.service Manager Asif shakeel him self took care of me there. Im very Disapointed with this kinda of service.i will be getting my oil change for me and my wife some where else. I came into the dealership for service to my older Odyssey. While I waited, I thought it would be fun to do a little "window shopping". Little did I know I was going to drive home in my brand new to Odyssey. While I waited, I thought it would be fun to do a little "window shopping". Little did I know I was going to drive home in my brand new top of the line 2012 Odyssey! There was no pressure, just friendly attention and understanding. This dealership was a bit out of my way, but they had the lowest price for the car I was interested in. Once I got there, they gave me the car at the quoted price.
