My wife and I bought a new CRV and could not be happier with the experience. Thomas Mitchell went out of his way to find the exact car and color we were looking for along with providing us a fair price. with the experience. We were out the door in less than a couple hours with a new car that we are very happy with. He has also called to follow up to make sure that we love our car and to help in any way he can with any questions. All in all a great buying experience. More

just came back from purchasing a 2012 odyssey. our salesperson, Arkeem, was perfectly nice as well as the finance mgr, Theo. However, the sales manager, Eddy Castro is the most disrespectful, rude an salesperson, Arkeem, was perfectly nice as well as the finance mgr, Theo. However, the sales manager, Eddy Castro is the most disrespectful, rude and dishonest car salesperson I have ever dealt with. I had an agreed OTD price coming in as well as a 2005 odyssey to trade in. The offer for our trade in was RIDICULOUS -- $2K under what we had received from another dealer as well as Carmax. We were ready to walk out, but ended up getting the deal we expected, however, this came at a price....a LOT of waiting and another very rude interaction with Eddy Castro. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! More

Came to Koons looking for a pick up truck that would be affordable. Everyone worked with me to get a reasonable monthly payment. I would definitely recommend Koons to family and friends. This is my 3rd Honda from Koons! I did my research, and emailed for online pricing. I was pleasantly surprised to find the price was happily met. My 2003 Honda had 164,000 miles on it, so we haggled a lit emailed for online pricing. I was pleasantly surprised to find the price was happily met. My 2003 Honda had 164,000 miles on it, so we haggled a little over trade in price. We met in the middle....they found a gray Accord EX-V6 for me...the Red one was nowhere to be had. The financing portion was painless, I came in with an approved offer from Capital One...and they beat the finance terms! Mike drove to Fairfax to pick up the car because the loaded EX was not on their lot...was back in an hour, we signed the paperwork by the time he got back...we were on the road! Next morning I came back in to have the striping and door trim installed....Completed quickly....LOVE MY NEW CAR~~:-) More

This was one of the best car purchasing experiences that my wife and I have had. Our sales consultant was knowledgeable. After we decided on which model we wanted to purchase our consultant did not try to my wife and I have had. Our sales consultant was knowledgeable. After we decided on which model we wanted to purchase our consultant did not try to up sale with a model with more options. The negation of price was to the point we did not have to go back and forth on price we got right to the point with what we felt was a fair value and what the dealership thought was fair and came to an agreement quickly and once we agreed we did not have to sit around for a long time waiting for finance and guest services. Our experience with guest services was very good we listened to the additional options and there was no pressure in purchasing options. The finance manager explained everything clearly and had everything in order to get us on our way quickly. After signing all the paper work our sale consultant had our new car clean and fueled up. He also took the time to explain the features of the car and answered all our questions. I would go back and make another purchase as well as recommend others to purchase from this dealership. More
