We went for service on Sun, Aug 15. The appointment was around 10 am. I don't remember the name of the service person. The service person went back on his word about the payment amount, when the time came around 10 am. I don't remember the name of the service person. He mentioned over the phone earlier that I would be getting specifically $93 off on my bill, based on a 15% off coupon on the total service charge. Later when the time came for payment, the cashier said the 15% can only be applied on one item in the bill. I got in touch with the service person again and he claimed he never mentioned any specific figures over the phone. Utter lack of integrity and lack of customer service values. The cashier was extremely rude. She rushed through everything and was very impolite. Seemed like she was in a hurry to close the shop and leave for the day. We definitely feel like we did not get the value for our money. Overall, a very frustrating experience. Would never go there. More

just came back from purchasing a 2012 odyssey. our salesperson, Arkeem, was perfectly nice as well as the finance mgr, Theo. I had an agreed OTD price coming in as well as a 2005 odyssey to trade in. The offer for our trade in was RIDICULOUS -- $2K under what we had received from another dealer as well as Carmax. We were ready to walk out, but ended up getting the deal we expected, however, this came at a price....a LOT of waiting and another very rude interaction with Eddy Castro. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! More
This is my 3rd Honda from Koons! I did my research, and emailed for online pricing. I was pleasantly surprised to find the price was happily met. My 2003 Honda had 164,000 miles on it, so we haggled a little over trade in price. We met in the middle....they found a gray Accord EX-V6 for me...the Red one was nowhere to be had. The financing portion was painless, I came in with an approved offer from Capital One...and they beat the finance terms! Mike drove to Fairfax to pick up the car because the loaded EX was not on their lot...was back in an hour, we signed the paperwork by the time he got back...we were on the road! Next morning I came back in to have the striping and door trim installed....Completed quickly....LOVE MY NEW CAR~~:-) More
