Thomas Mitchell warmly greeted us as we entered the building for the first time. He was highly personable and very knowledgeable of the Honda products. My CRV key remote stopped working, and I had to get a tow to Manassas to get it replaced. The Advisor found a repl. remote at the Arl. Whse, and it was picked up and brought to Manassas for the job to be co to Manassas to get it replaced. The Advisor found a repl. remote at the Arl. Whse, and it was picked up and brought to Manassas for the job to be completed. I got a small discount on the price, but wishes the remote could have been $150 or less in price for itself. I had to be at the dealer most of the day, but my problem was taken care of, and my Alarm system does not go off when I lock my truck. I had the key remote for 12 yrs., so I guess years usage comes into play. It was just a Long day for me on 6/19/12. Margaret N. More
