Tony Pekich was my service advisor, he kept me informed and explained what needed to be done in detail and in terms that I understood. Overall, it was a very nice experience - in and out of the dealership in about 90 minutes. I bought my 2011 Honda Civic from this place and had a great and pleasant experience. The week prior visiting Joyce I had purchased a car at another Honda place in Fairfax and the vehicle although certifi great and pleasant experience. The week prior visiting Joyce I had purchased a car at another Honda place in Fairfax and the vehicle although certified was a pile, so I returned it to them. Once I step into Joyce Koons to look at the Civics I found one that met my needs. I asked Vince for a test drive and he was very nice and approachable. He did not ask if I was buying, just testing, or simply a tire kicker. I told them I had done everything through my CU and off I went with my almost new car. I really recommend this place; all the cars I looked at were in great shape in and out. Frank Seabolt the finance manager tried to best my interest and although he did I stayed with my bank just out of convenience. No BS, no tricks, no drama. Thank you Vince and Frank. I am very disappointed that I actually had to bring in my vehicle. I have a 2011 Honda Pilot Touring and had some warning lights come on unexpectedly, which would need to be diagnosed...for a cost which wou vehicle. I have a 2011 Honda Pilot Touring and had some warning lights come on unexpectedly, which would need to be diagnosed...for a cost which would be rolled into my final cost. The issue turned out to be with the On Board Computer, which caused a rapid oxidation of my Number 2 Spark Pulg. My tech told me that the computer needed to be updated and the spark pulg replaced and that should fix the problem. I questioned why if there was a fix, would they not do an automatic update to the computer when I was there for my last LOF, in December. I was told that Honda only updates the computer when a customer came in with the problem, as it does not affect enough vehicles to warrant a Product Alert or Recall. I do not find this practice very proactive, as Honda knows there is an active issue with the vehicles, yet you choose not to take the initiative, to save the consumer (me) money and time, by updating the computer automatically. More
