I loved the fact that the oil change price was reasonable AND they picked up my car. This saved me hours: drive time, entire morning or afternoon waiting for an oil change, etc. The people I dealt with were AND they picked up my car. I didn’t like that they charged me for a service I don’t feel I should have been charged for. I had my engine worked on 2-3 years ago. At the time, they reprogrammed my main key but never my spare keys. I forgot, so when they didn’t work, I was perplexed. After the service had begun and I talked to a very nice man on the phone, I realized that THIS is why they weren’t working. I should never have had to pay to have the keys reprogrammed when they should have been programmed correctly to begin with. More
