I bought a 2010 Odyssey and it was very clean and ready to go. I had a 2011 Honda Fit I had to trade in due to more family members coming to live with me. The price on the Odyssey was fairly good. I took my 2004 Honda Pilot into Koons for a 100,000 mile service. They performed the service I wanted in addition to a status check of other systems as well. The problem I encountered was that in 9/2011 I service. They performed the service I wanted in addition to a status check of other systems as well. The problem I encountered was that in 9/2011 I had the rear differential fluid changed (not at Koons), so when Koons asked if I wanted the fluid changed, I declined. The printed report I received from Koons (upon completion of my service) included an entry regarding the rear differential and said they (Koons) found the fluid to be contaminated. This put me in a position of having to return to the place the service on the diff was performed in order to question if the service was really performed or not...The tech who performed the diff. service re-checked and comfirmed that the service HAD been performed and the fluid was NOT contaminated. I don't know why Koons' report indicated they found the diff fluid was contaminated, but the fact that Koons included an inaccurate statement on the service report makes me wonder what else they mis-represented. Additionally, from a records keeping perspective, Koons still has my records listed under my ex-husband's name and address, even though I have made several attempts to have them update this information. Mr. Townsend had the car ready and paperwork for the deal was quick. I was especially pleased with the efficiency of the finance department. I would go to Joyce Koons Honda again and refer anybody I know to them for a fair deal and quality customer service. After market sales pitch for extended warranty, "auto-armor" and other services was a bit pushy and heavy handed. I purchased some but only because I had decided beforehand I wanted it and the price was good. The sales experience was uncomfortable and I felt pressured. More
We really enjoyed working with Isaiah Townsend and he has been one of the greatest sales persons we have worked with. To our dismay, it took a about two hours (at least) to wait for the paperwork to be ready for us to sign. Our experience with Joyce Koons was outstanding until we agreed to purchase the vehicle. Overall, we would rate the sales staff (Isaiah) a 5 but the finance side was a 1.5. More
My husband and I came into the dealership looking at used vehicles for my daughter. We walked around for over 15 minutes and no one approached us. We test drove the car and liked it. When I asked the price he would only say, "the price was online." I offerred to come in and talk about the price and he spat at me, "We have no haggle pricing!" and then walked off. My husband and I left dumbfounded. I never learned what the price was. We do not recommend buying from here. It is unfortunate because we received the opposite in customer service from the auto body department a few months ago. More
This is my third car from Joyce Koons Honda. On my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of dealing with Isaiah Townsend. We had spoken over the phone to discuss some details about a new car and when I had arrived at the dealer, he had the car and paperwork ready to go. He has followed-up several times to make sure that everything is "OK". Sheila Williams, of Guest Sevices, provided information on warranties and other available services (again without being "pushy"). Finally, the Finance department did its usual efficient job of handling the financial details and switching vehicle registrations and license plates. More

I recently purchased a Honda CRV and Michael Herrera the sales person was great! My father who was with me called ahead to get some prices and notifed Michael that we were on our way to meet with them. Mich sales person was great! Michael was actually waiting for us and had already prepared a car for us to look at! He answered all my questions and worked on getting a reasonable deal with my trade in. I wanted to add some "Extras" to my new car and Michael arranged for everything, he set-up the appointment and even arranged for a loaner! WOW! I recieved some of the best customer service at this dealership! A coworker was asking me questions about my new car and mentioned that she was "looking" for a car.
