I had very demanding criteria to meet for financing and he took it head on. I left that night without the car but also with the confidence that he was doing everything possible to put me in the car. They kept in constant contact with me throughout the whole thing for the next 6 days. I got at least one sometimes two calls each day updating me on the status. Patrick was my point of contact for the financing. Very nice gentleman who didn't once get frustrated with me calling to ask questions or get clarity on what I had been told. In the end I was able to get the car I so badly wanted. Alex was even kind enough to help me transfer the stuff from my old car to my new car and I drove off the lot a very happy customer. The customer service at Joyce Koons is beyond exemplary. I had my son with me at both visits to the dealership and they were welcoming, entertaining and made the process much easier having a toddler in tow. I would recommend them to anyone. My parents have been using them for years and now they have a lifelong customer of me as well. If you’re looking for a car and want to feel taken care of, definitely go and see Alex! More

My recent visit to Joyce Koons service center to have my flat tire replaced was done quickly and Kelly was prompt in calling me to let me know when my tire arrived and could be replaced. The few times I have taken my 2009 Honda in for service, I never had trouble making an appointment and the work was done quickly and correctly. Actually took the car to Koons by mistake. Had an appointment at another dealer (with a coupon for a free oil service) but went to Koons out of habit. Needed to get my Honda CRV in shape for the winter--Joe was a big help in working out the best options and a great price! My big concern were tires--but we worked thru that without a hitch! Went into Koons because a couple of my friends have bought there cars from there and said that I would get a good price for my car on a trade in on a mini van. We found a 2010 Town & Country that was p bought there cars from there and said that I would get a good price for my car on a trade in on a mini van. We found a 2010 Town & Country that was priced within our budget. We worked with Isaiah and told him that we were on a TIGHT budget and only could afford a certain amount per month and NEEDED to stay AT or BELOW that amount. We were able to get the mini van(with some back and forth with the Finance Mgr)for what we could afford. Salesman was GREAT, just had to "stick to my guns" when it came to the price per month finance manager. More
