Service was for Nitro fill on tires. Process did not take that long and vehicle was washed and return to me. My only complaint would be that the service techs had oil on their shoes, and therefore transferre that long and vehicle was washed and return to me. Had transmission problems and took the Odyssey back 3 times, once got an update, second time replaced the torque converter, 3 to fix either a crimped gasket or loose bolt that allowed transmission fluid times, once got an update, second time replaced the torque converter, 3 to fix either a crimped gasket or loose bolt that allowed transmission fluid to be spraying out and all over the back of the window and underneath vehicle for which we received no paperwork to tell us what was done. The warranty on the transmission will soon run out and I'm still not sure it is fixed. Ready to trade it in on a Toyota! More

Definitely by far the best customer service I have ever endured with a dealership, and I have worked with many. Spoke with Alex Sandoval on the phone as the first point of contact and he was courteous, hel endured with a dealership, and I have worked with many. I had very demanding criteria to meet for financing and he took it head on. I left that night without the car but also with the confidence that he was doing everything possible to put me in the car. They kept in constant contact with me throughout the whole thing for the next 6 days. I got at least one sometimes two calls each day updating me on the status. Patrick was my point of contact for the financing. Very nice gentleman who didn't once get frustrated with me calling to ask questions or get clarity on what I had been told. In the end I was able to get the car I so badly wanted. Alex was even kind enough to help me transfer the stuff from my old car to my new car and I drove off the lot a very happy customer. The customer service at Joyce Koons is beyond exemplary. I had my son with me at both visits to the dealership and they were welcoming, entertaining and made the process much easier having a toddler in tow. I would recommend them to anyone. My parents have been using them for years and now they have a lifelong customer of me as well. If you’re looking for a car and want to feel taken care of, definitely go and see Alex! More
