I would like to thank your staff, primarily Matt Barthold and Steve Burger, for the outstanding experience I had last week when my husband and I picked up two new cars. Ironically, this all came about because my husband's beloved Honda CRV with over 200,000 miles on it, broke down. He reluctantly decided to buy a new car after Matt Barthold drove him home in a brand new CRV. The test-drive sold him on the car! Of course, once in the Honda showroom, it became obvious to me that I, too, could use a new car and within a week, we drove off in two new Hondas. We each were tickled to get exactly the car we wanted for the price we wanted to pay. I am still a bit overwhelmed by the amazing navigation system in my car, but Sunny Haque kindly offered remedial instruction anytime I chose to come by. We came to the dealership not exactly expecting to walk away with a car today, but definitely planned on purchasing soon. Issac helped us look at exactly what we were looking for right away. He took us to test drive the two we were choosing between and we loved one of the Honda's we test drove. Issac did a great job helping us see the different options available. With the help of the managers, and Issac, we happily ended up walking away today with a beautiful new 2011 Honda Accord at the price we were hoping for. We were more than satisfied with our overall experience. Everyone we met and worked with was friendly, knowledgeable and personable. Some repair facilities tend to make women feel unwelcome and treat them as if they know nothing about cars and tend to take advantage of them. I have been a Koon’s Honda customer since 1998 and today, my experience with the Service Department was not up to par. I am giving the department a VERY BAD rating based on CUSTOMER SERVICE, FRIENDLINESS, a my experience with the Service Department was not up to par. I am giving the department a VERY BAD rating based on CUSTOMER SERVICE, FRIENDLINESS, and OVERALL EXPERIENCE. Here is why: I scheduled my Honda Odyssey for a 7:15 a.m. Tire Balance and Rotation service today, July 05. I arrived at 7:00 a.m. and drove my vehicle at the service bay. I got off my vehicle and went to the service reception area. Two employees were sitting behind their desks and they saw me approached the reception area. I was about 2 meters away in front of one of the service representative. He saw me but kept on doing something on his computer. I stood there for about a minute or so waiting for him to acknowledge me. I finally spoke and asked him if I need to talk to him or the other service rep to receive me. He told me that he is logging on to his computer and he will be right with me in a second. Knowing that this service representative saw my presence in the first place when I walked to the reception area, he did not even acknowledge me by saying, "Good morning, I will be right with you in a second”. I have to initiate the acknowledgement that I was there. I have been a loyal customer with your company, but I never had any VERY BAD experience with your service department before until today. This particular service rep will put the service department to a low rating. I was not able to get his name because I was not happy with his customer service. However, I am sure you can identify this person for he was the one who filled out my service request form. Thank you for your time and consideration on this matter for I am only concern about your dealer's EXCELLENT reputation towards customers. I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I took my car in for routine maintenance. My service advisor, Kristen, made it so easy! My car was ready the same day, retuned to me cleaner than I gave it my car in for routine maintenance. My service advisor, Kristen, made it so easy!
