Tim, the finance manager (the guy who did all the paperwork) was fantastic!!! He was super efficient and got everything wrapped up in no time. There were times when I actually though he had three hands he was getting through things so quickly! I am currently working through a few issues with the car (some cosmetic issues that need to be corrected) and everone is being very helpful and cooperative. My wife and I have been Koons of Manassas customers sonce 2008. This is our second purchase and we absolutely love the dealership. Keep up the good work! More

We walked into the dealership at 7:00 and left at 9:30 with a new vehicle. We have purchased several new cars and this was by far, the fastest, friendliest service we have ever received. On my last visit on April 27th my service advisor Bob Miner and I had discussed some addition service which might be required however upon inspection of the vehicle with the mechanic Bob determined that the additional work was not necessary and did not have it performed. I drove from Ashburn to Manassas for service when there is another Honda dealer very near me because I trust Koons. My trust was rewarded. More

I was told by the service consultant that the front heat shield on the catalytic converter was bad. When I asked if replacing it was required (as the car is a 2003 Accord with over 160,000 miles on it) he shield on the catalytic converter was bad. When I asked if replacing it was required (as the car is a 2003 Accord with over 160,000 miles on it) he replied yes. I again asked if the service was necessary based on the age of the car, the mileage, and the problem, he said he would consult with the service technician. After consulting with the service technician he stated it was not necessary to replace the heat shield. It bothers me that the service consultant would tell me that replacing the heat shield is required ($425 to do so), and later finding out after asking why, it is explained it isn't. More

I purchased my 2010 Odyssey from a neighboring dealership back in October of 2010. I brought it back in for a few issues, but didn't have my questions answered to my satisfaction. A couple of months later, back in October of 2010. I brought it back in for a few issues, but didn't have my questions answered to my satisfaction. A couple of months later, I called Mr. Swarthout, explained my dilemma, and faxed him a letter stating the issues. He promised to research it and get back to me. Mr. Joe Carroll called me two days later. I brought the vehicle in, he gave it a once-over, explained everything to my satisfaction, and had me back on the road in less than a day. I will definitely be returning to Koons for all of my service needs. More
