Always trying to sell me something I don't need I had a 3pm appt, I left the facility at 6pm. I don't know if why it took so long for oil change and inspection. They went straight to "you need a new tire". I asked for a plug, like they had done for my last nail and they said it was impossible. I showed them exactly where it was on the previous tire, and that one was closer to the edge than the current tire issue. They claimed it wasn't Honda approved and not done at this facility. I told them to check my records because it most certainly was. Then the mechanic confessed he didn't know how to do that fix. Another mechanic stepped up and said he could do it. They didn't like to do it, but he could. I get that, but give me the consumer the option. I won't hold it against you if I make the wrong decision. Finally, the nail hadn't punctured the tire at all and thus my leak was unknown. Then the service manager tried to charge me for the oil change, which in my purchase is free for life. I like thoroughness and honesty, not how much can I get you to spend today. More
Typical and unhappy experience in my case Started on internet; was told I could have military discount (never mentioning "only if you finance with Honda); then on site passed to young sales pe Started on internet; was told I could have military discount (never mentioning "only if you finance with Honda); then on site passed to young sales person then to sales manager who turns out to be service manager. Denied military discount of $500. Low balled on trade-in. I never learn to just walk out the door because we love Hondas especially the minivans. This was the third car we bought from Koons. Finally, the young man who assisted during the sale and delivered the car to my house was interrupted by his manager at least three times while signing of papers during closing. Young man apparently was trying to please everyone but was pleasing no one. Why did I buy from Koons? I have asked myself that several times. I wanted to buy there because it's 10 minutes from my home and has? (had) a great service department when I had pervious Hondas. To potential buyers I say just beware, Koons is no different than any of the other dealers. More

Worst Ethics I have ever Seen We purchased a brand new top of the line Honda Accord on 5/22/20 for my now deceased husband. He had a major medical event 6 days after the purchase of this vehicle that ultimately led to his death. This dealership would offer no options to take back the car. They kept giving me the run around on who to talk to and ultimately gave me no options. It is the worst business model and ethics that I have ever witnessed. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. More
Due to an accident, I have had to purchase 2 Hondas from Koons Honda in Manassas. While I thought my first buying experience was a great one, my second was even better. The sales team at Koons was awesome and the sales manager Tim Welton went out of his way to help me with taking care of things with my first vehicle that was totaled. It has been a rough two weeks and Tim has been the only person out of Insurance companies, Lawyers, Rental car companies to say “Don’t worry, ill take care fo it.” And he did.
