I was corresponding with Gabriel and Tim thru emails to negotiate the price for the 2020 Honda CR-V Touring. I was working with 3 other dealerships in my area and those dealerships said they cannot beat what Joyce Koons gave me. So needless to say I bought my car from Joyce Koons. For my trade in, 2015 Nissan Pathfinder, I dealt with Sunny and he gave an OK value. My opinion, it could be more especially when I got a higher offer from a Nissan dealership. Apparently, he had to contact the GM just to increase what he originally offered. Since I got a good deal on the CR-V, I went ahead traded my car with them. I felt like they simply moved numbers around, since I negotiated hard to get a good price on the new car, they decided to recoup their "lost" from my trade in. I guess the dealership has to get their profit some where, some how. I'm looking forward with dealing with their Service Department in the near future, since Joyce Koons provides a 2-year free maintenance. More

He researched to find all incentives he could add to sweeten the deal. The deal I received at Joyce Koons Honda beat 'best deals' the TrueCar dealers offered. I made a special trip from my vacation in Ocean City, Md to purchase my 2020 Odyssey. Kabir was honest and went out of his way to find the vehicle my wife and I wanted. I highly recommend seeing Kabir for the best Honda deal in all of Virginia! More

Always trying to sell me something I don't need I had a 3pm appt, I left the facility at 6pm. I don't know if why it took so long for oil change and inspection. They went straight to "you need a new tire". I asked for a plug, like they had done for my last nail and they said it was impossible. I showed them exactly where it was on the previous tire, and that one was closer to the edge than the current tire issue. They claimed it wasn't Honda approved and not done at this facility. I told them to check my records because it most certainly was. Then the mechanic confessed he didn't know how to do that fix. Another mechanic stepped up and said he could do it. They didn't like to do it, but he could. I get that, but give me the consumer the option. I won't hold it against you if I make the wrong decision. Finally, the nail hadn't punctured the tire at all and thus my leak was unknown. Then the service manager tried to charge me for the oil change, which in my purchase is free for life. I like thoroughness and honesty, not how much can I get you to spend today. More
