I have been buying cars since the 1950s and I dread the process. This time it was actually a pleasant experience made more so by sales representative CJ Zhu. CJ was up on every technical aspect of the vehicle and took every opportunity to explain, show and teach me how to operate all the technology and how to integrate my new-to-me smart phone with the features of the car. He good-naturedly answered questions that I had to ask several times due to my 79-year-old memory. He spent the whole day with me, having to obtain the car of my color-choice from another lot. He also provided candid assessments of various service plans and optional add-ons. When I stated a desired range of monthly payments, CJ and the manager actually came in a little lower. I was more than a little surprised and certainly gratified. I got what is turning out to be a great car, the Hybrid 2020 Insight, and actually enjoyed the process. I went there for two air-bag recalls. They took 2 hours to do that and it was more than half hour than promised. I don't actually have a reference for what's good and what's bad, but after talking about my overall experience with people around me and comparing the price I had to pay with others, it seems that I had a pretty good deal. I was offered an internet price which was already a lot lesser than the MSRP. It was quite astonishing that I couldn't further lower it down by a single dollar even though I tried to talk my way through for hours. They were super solid on their pricing. For now, I belong to a 'Happy Customer' category. But, things can always change. Let's see. More

The worst. Bought a new car here, tailgate door not closing flush. Dealer says, 4 days after buying car, "oh, just aesthetic" won't fix. Really? A new car and you won't adjust?
